Can you make my auction listings look the same as my shop?
Yes, we can include a listing template free of charge.
We'll create your shop design first, then use that design to make a listing template for your auctions. Listing templates are easy to use, simply edit the 'description here' parts.
What about an 'about me' page?
The shop design is automatically applied to your 'about me' page.
How much per month?
You pay us nothing

How long does it take?
Completion usually takes
about 7 to 10 days.
Can I pay half now and
half later?
The process is much quicker
if payment is made in full in advance, but we
can accept half of the fee up front and the rest
on acceptance of a draft. This is only available
if paying offline (ie. cheque, bank transfer,

How difficult is it to update my shop?
How difficult is it now? Nothing changes with the way you update your shop. You do everything in the same was as you do now.
Can I use the graphics elsewhere?
Yes, you're free to use them for anything you want. This can include stuff like invoices, letterheads, compliment slips, etc.
Can I host the images
myself?
Yes. We usually host the
design images, but some people choose to host
them on their own webspace. That's fine,
we don't have any problems with doing that. When
the design has been finished we can simply send
you the image files for you to upload to your
own hosting.
I sell a wide variety of products, can you design something to suit?
It doesn't really matter what you sell. It could be a specific range (ie. cosmetics) or a totally unrelated assortment (ie. shoes and TV's).
We can create something based around the products you sell, or
we can create a universal design that suits all products.
I really haven't got a clue what sort of design I want, can you help?
Of course we can. If you don't know what you want
we'll design what we think is suitable. If you don't like it
we'll change it, no extra charge and no problem!
Can you make my eBay shop look the same as my website?
Yes. There's certain restrictions with eBay so it's not always possible to get your shop looking exactly the same, but
we can always get it very close.
Does it have to have the
'Designed By 121WebDesigner.com' link?
Our prices are kept low due
to the extra work we receive from people
visiting our website, via those links. So yes it
does have to have the link. However, the link
may be removed in some circumstances by prior
arrangement.
